First post and I wanted to share my results from this so called shot.

I’ve been a religious pumper for over 15 years, started then at 6 inches length with 4 inch girth. Plateaued out a few years ago with permanent gains of 6 inches length (unchanged) with 4.75 in girth. After my daily pumping sessions nowadays, I’m 6 inches in length (unchanged) with anywhere between 5.25 - 6 inches in girth (Don’t know why it fluctuates so much when my routines are exactly the same).

Long story short. I’ve been reading up on this p-shot for quite some time and never found any real solid review and results from anyone. If there were, it sounded a little too ‘selling’ to me. So I said I’ll find out for sure myself by making myself the guinea pig.

Results? Nothing after 4 weeks. They tell you to pump right after the shots, which I couldn’t since my penis was very sore and hurts just by touching it, along with horrible pains associated with morning wood. I couldn’t even start pumping until about a week later. Results were EXACTLY like before the shots. I wholeheartedly believe the individuals who’s claims results are people who have never done a pumping session before in their life and mistake those results for the shots. Now I feel like a complete sucker.

I’ve always known about these stretches and exercises and dabbled with it 15 years ago when I picked up my pumping habits, but I never fully committed to the exercises and was spotty at best when I did try to get a routine/schedule down. I wish I had committed then and stayed with the exercises instead of pumping, I believe I would’ve had better results by now.

My penis is uncut and that was what really discouraged me. It never felt like I was doing it right, I even bought an extender to help pick up where I failed, but even that device failed me. My head is just about the same size as my shaft and I would just slip out if I didn’t really tighten it down, but when I did, my penis would turn cold and purple. So I gave up on that too.

Man I would really love any help and advice for me to get this this rolling right with the exercises. I’ve seriously thought about going and get my excess skin cut just so I could start doing this right. But I’m dead scared of something going wrong and them cutting too much or screw up and fuck my shit up for good.

I know this was long and consisted of a whole bunch of different points of my journey, but any solid advice from the veterans out there that can really pinpoint a solution would be great and very much appreciated. I’ve also read all the stickies and tips, tricks and all for newbies. I’m well informed of all the different techniques and postures etc.. So please don’t just say “go read this sticky” or whatnot. I just need some very specific techniques to make this work with my uncircumcised penis. I’ve tried it all and it just seems like I’m pulling on skin and never really the actual penis itself when jelqing. So I’ve been simply pulling the skin back and griping the head while stretching it at different angles.

In my experience, I most people get limited results from pumping if they don’t use heat. I found that wrapping the cylinder with a small heating pad (search amazon.com for “small heating pad” to see several good choices) was very effective.

But in general, there are 3 primary things people do when they hit a plateau:

- change the routine
- add heat
- take a decon break

It is hard to know which one to do. If it were me, I’d try #1 and #2 first, and if I didn’t see any progress after a few months, I’d take a decon break and try again.

Thanks Ernie for taking your time to respond to my post. I have thought about the heating pads for quite some time and maybe I’m really overlooking it. I’ve always just been wrapping with a warm/hot wet face cloth for a few minutes or pumping right after a hot shower. Maybe that one small detail would help push me to get more consistent results and break this plateau. I’ve also just in the past 2 weeks bought the bathmate and tried that as well, personally I prefer dry pumping. Wet pumping even with nearly hot water doesn’t seem to increase the gains. Close to same or similar results as dry but just more messy and inconvenient. Thanks again and please feel free to drop any other advice or tips whenever you see something that could help.

In addition to what the above guys have said, let me emphasize that the proper fit for a cylinder matters. How do you fit your tube?

Pack the sides? Only touch at the base? What part of your penis inflates the most? Did your base girth increase along with your mid shaft?

All this matters as well.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

To answer the question about what size tube I use. I have an 1.75 diameter tube that I use and a 2 inch diameter tube that I use right after IF the pumping session went well and I packed the smaller tube. I also get a baseball effect with all pumping sessions, could also just be because I have so much extra foreskin. But I’m definitely smaller at the base after an pumping session.

Routines are first thing after waking up and showering then pump or wrap then pump. Sessions typically half hour between 5-10 hg on gauge. Usually try to keep at about 7 hg. Then again later on in the day in the evening before wife comes home from work about 5pm for about 20-30 minutes again. 5-6 days pumping a week.

Thanks for all the questions to help narrow down what you can all do to help contribute.

Oh and by the way, I just received my heat pad that I ordered from amazon now that was delivered around 6pm. Will try this out first thing in the morning when I wake up to see how this fares out. Also just read though the comments on the link that Ernie provided and it seems very very promising with the positive results and reviews.

Update. Woke up this morning and tried pumping with the heat pad. Filled up and packed the 1.75 tube in just under 15 minutes. Wow. No baseball effect or anything. COMPLETELY filled girth wise all around from glan to shaft. Switched to 2.0 tube and pumped for an additional 20 minutes. ALMOST packed that tube as well, BUT ended up with a doughnut and lots of fluid. Still impressive nonetheless with how well this heat pad helps. Can’t believe I put it off for so long in adding this to my regimen.

So now my next question is, should I only continue using the 1.75 and keep packing that tube only for a couple of months then switching over (if that makes a difference at all) or keep on staging although I’m getting doughnuts? Which method would you recommend? I’m leaning a little towards staging even with the doughnut and fluid build up because I’ve always pumped that way and achieved my permanent results (although it to many many years). But I’m open to sticking with the tube I can pack easily without much fluid buildup and no doughnut effect. Girth is my primary goal (6.25 - 6.75 hopefully) and length second. Any opinions, advice or personal experience is welcome. Thanks in advance and great tip for the heating pad Ernie, much love.

The std advice is to use the smaller tube if you want length, and the bigger one if you want girth.
