I’ve never gained anything in girth, maybe some length, I’m asking how did you manage to gain girth if you experienced prolonged time without gaining any girth and finally you did.

Do you keep accurate stats of your progress?( I.e. measuring monthly). How long have you been working on pe? What is your routine? These are questions that should be asked before a helpful answer can be provided.


Start: Nov. 2017 - FL: 3.5", FG: 4", BPEL: 6.813, EL: 6.25", MSEG: 4.75"

Current: Feb. 2018 - FL: 4.75", FG: 4.625", BPEL: 7.375", EL: 6.8125", MSEG: 5.25"

I do keep measuring, but not so often these days and most of all, there is no point if I don’t see any gains.

Well I think it must be more than 2 and half years.

I’m going to highlight some things I’ve noticed on myself -

- When I masturbate more than once per day, my routine next day sucks.
- When I do stretching even like five - ten second stretch it kills my EQ ( with porn and my girl I do have a erection)
- When I do more than 80 - 90 jelqs it kills my EQ ( with porn and my girl I do have a erection)
- When I do masturbate at night, next day I usually have noticeably better routine.

-I’m 24
-I do workout 2 on/1 off.
-I don’t have problems with erection when I’m having sex or masturbating
-I’m sleeping every day 7 and half hour.

You guys keep saying that masturbation doesn’t hinder gains, I don’t think so. When you don’t masturbate your testosterone goes sky high in few days. also cumming makes you weaker and you’re loosing zinc.

My routine these day is 2 on/ 1 off
I have started with linear routine without stretching. I’m doing it for 3 weeks now.

5 minutes warm up with rice sock, I start with 30 wet jelqs to erect my penis (not the 100% erection) then change to dry jelqs like 40 then another 10 wet and finish with few firmer dry jelqs
- that’s what gives me the best result post PI

but most of the time I do too much, doesn’t need to be significant difference, sometimes it only takes too much pressure or more jelqs.

The last think, I don’t know if I should do the routine if I cannot maintain the right erection without porn because when I do, I have never felt good PI after.

Maybe I’m applying too much pressure, I’m trying to force the blood to my glands, its not painful though,but I can say, that with smaller amount of pressure It might work better - who knows, I don’t understand that newbie routine include 200 jelqs, they would mean to apply much looser grip.

I’ve heard that some of us need more intense workouts. Not everybody is capable of gaining from jelqing.

Here are some people that have made their best girth gains by clamping. If you’re done your current routine for two years, maybe it’s time to move more intense exercises?

Stop masturbating. Just stop. I have said it before and I will say it again. Only ejaculate 2-3 times a week as a minimum, while on pe for your prostate health. Ejaculations must be by sex and not masturbation if it’s possible. Try it and see how that works.

I wish I could do that! I have to masturbate everyday and have sex at least 3 times a week to keep myself controlled. If I don’t do that I keep getting hard everytime I’m near a woman.

That’s normal man. Don’t worry about it. Horny is good. Healthy.Do as you wish though. You are losing a bit of size if you masturbate too much. Try having more sex. Girl juices are healthier for your penis.

Clamping! Nothing else managed to get me girth gains like clamping did. I went 9 months with pumping as my sole girth exercise and zero gains. I also did around 8 months at the start of my PE journey without any gains (everything from different types of jelqing, bends, ulis, horses, pumping combinations), until I clamped. I really wish I clamped instead of pumping for that period, I really should have when it was the only thing that got me gains initially. Silly rhino!

Hey thanks, well I’m going to try the no fap challenge for a while. I did some clamping few times - 10 minutes totally wreck my erection, so maybe all I need is shorter amount of time + no fap, who knows… but first I’m going to try this. I don’t know for how long though

I was stuck at 5.5” EG for a long time but have recently added about 1/2” during the last year

The secret seems to be keeping things hot during your PE exercises. Before I stretch or jelq, I’ll warm up with a far infra red heat pad for around 30 minutes then 10-20 minutes between sets. I also like using the Bathmate in a bath set at 40 - 42°C, this keeps the penis at a good temperature to encourage growth.
