Foreskin position when pumping

Looking for input on whether the foreskin should be retracted or not when pumping. It’s not something I can remember seeing addressed. Personal preference or should it be one way or the other?

My preference is forward with a dilator inserted.

Pulled back tight when pumping glands and head though.
