Hey all, just went to see a doctor because my penis has been feeling numb from jelquing. He says I just hit a nerve and should give it a break for a while. So I gave it a break for about a week and most sensitivity came back, but then I did some pretty intense kegels while having some pretty intense erections and then it’s back to feeling like rubber again. Is it possible that my forskin (I’m unscircumsized) might be too small for my erections, that it might be pressing against the nerves just under the glans and possebly damaging them? If so, what are some good/safe excersices to stretch the foreskin? Another question, about how long untill my sensitivity returns? Any input/advice would be helpful. Thanks.

A good way to stretch the foreskin is to use Vitamin E creme and then use your index fingers to pull open your foreskin (gentley) and then move your fingers around the sides of the foreskin gently stretching it using the creme as a lubricant. Try to do before bed and wash-up when you shower in the morning. Constant gentle stretching is the absolute best for this and can frequently cure phimosis. Give it time and keep it up.

You can just strech it like you do penile streches. You can also put water in the foreskin while taking a shower.
