Four month plateau with ADS; what do you think of this "shock" routine?
I started at a BPEL = 5.875. The ADS quickly “newbie gains” carried me to 6.75. I should rephrase that. It quickly carried me to 6.5 then over the course of months slowly crawled me to me the rest of the way. After 3.5 months of hitting 6.75 I got to where I’m at now “my signature stats”
I have decided to break from the ADS for awhile. With 3 hours a day I couldn’t do much while wearing it. IMO adding more hours is not an option. This week I have started something new.
Do you think this a decent “shock” routine? Should propel me further?. I am hoping by completely changing my routine I can break past the 7” mark. I don’t know what it is about the number 7” but once I can hit it I could care less if the last half an inch takes me two years. I just want to graduate into the 7 incher club.
7” was my original goal but when I came up on 6.75 I changed to 7.5 bpel. At 7.5 and myself being 5’6’ and in pretty good shape that leaves me with 7” NPEL. I think that with 5+ EG would look pretty impressive on a small guy like myself.
Anyhow below is my “old” routine and my “new”. Grade it, pick it apart or suggest something different. You helped get me this far, its only right that you help me the rest of the way. Take that with a smile =)
Old routine:
5 days on 2 days off
Warm up:
3 Hours ADS “with 5 minute jelqs in between sessions, 3 to 5 sessions to equal the full 3 hours”
Jelq 5 to 10 minutes.
Stretched a few times maybe equaling 5 to 10 minutes.
BTC when ever I thought about it.
Hanging 2 to 3 times a day 20 minute sessions, 3 days a week, worked my way to 7lbs.
** Keep in mind that wasn’t my starting routine but my routine built up over months and I ended with **
New routine:
4 Days on 3 days off. “During off days I do piss stretches, bathtube jelqs, stretches, and BTC”
Warm up:
Various stretches throughout the day equaling around 1+ hour
Kettlebell stretch. Sitting a 10lb kettlebell at the base while holding the gland, then move it up every 2 minutes:
Put the kettlebell at the base of the penis and pull my legs back and stretch my penis over the bar, the kettlebell is in the BTC position. All kettlebell stretching equaling 20 to 30 minutes a day.
Silicon sleeve + 2.5lb weight = 1 hour + a day.
BTC when ever I can.
Two 5 minute pump sessions ending with 5 minute clamp session
End it all off with a 5 minute jelq.
I am always trying to figure out ways to get a massive stretch, you may remember my rolling pin stretch lol. But I have to say the hard plastic 10lb kettlebell does wonders. Its unofficial but I believe I received a 1/8 length gain already, but it won’t get counted until I hit it consistently without effort. I don’t want to work girth much that is why the pump and clamp sessions are small. I will hit girth hard core when hit the 7.5”.
What do you think of the routine? Keep at it? Change it up? Scrap it? Feel free to chime in.
