FOWFER bloodflow

I need some advice… Im doing this exercise, I dont see any cut in bloodflow, my glan is fine, but does anybody knows if its in some aspect dangerous?.

How are you doing the fowfer? Between the cheeks or under one cheek?

If you are doing it between the cheeks it’s probably not having much of an effect on anything, including blood flow.

If you stretch under one cheek you get a better chance of a stretch but if you can do that without a loss of circulation then you’re a very special guy.

I could be wrong.
