Fowfers are King!

I’ve been P.E’ing for almost 6 months, with practically no gains despite putting in half an hour a day, pretty much every day. However, a week ago I began including 30 minute Fowfer’s in my daily routine, and upon measuring tonight my BPEL has jumped 0.2 inches from 2 weeks ago! They really help! Just thought I’d post this so that maybe other newbie’s can try them and see if they help :)


Starting BPEL: 7.0, EG: 5.0

My Dream: BPEL 8.0, EG 6.0

Wow, that’s really good! Is this an advanced exercise, or can I do this with almost 1.5 months of PEing under my belt?

Where can I find the instructions on fowfers?

Yeah, my searches arent turning up anything on fowfers, but I am not looking terribly hard. What they heck are they?


8/12/09 5.70" x 4.9" NBP

Goal: 6.5" x 5.25" NBP

Fowfers are exercises you can do almost anywhere as long as you have a second of privacy. You can do them while on the computer, driving, working(if you sit down at work), watching TV, reading, etc. etc.
1.)Stand up, reach behind you and pull your penis through your thighs.
2.)Pull it about as hard as you would a normal stretch
3.)tuck it between the lines of your crack and while still holing it behind you, sit down on the penis and then let go
4.)Your own bodyweight will hold the stretch. You can hit different stretch angles by extending your legs or leaning back.

It doesn’t hurt if you do it right, but it may feel a little uncomfortable. Don’t sit on your balls! Most people say not to do it for more than 90 minutes at a time, but I just read that on here. It is a PE move that allows you to relax your hands and mind.

From my reading, it is reported that it does more for flaccid size than erect, but it apparently helped Marshmarch47. I think some people use it as apart of warming up too. It is also useful to keep your penis from turtling too much…if you are trying to avoid that. Some people don’t place it between their crack and instead put it directly under one cheek….in my opinion, this is more uncomfortable.

back then: BPEL: 17.5 cm (6.9 inches) MSEG: 13 cm (5.1 inches)

Now: BPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) MSEG: 12.7 cm (5.0 inches)

I’m doing newbie routine, actually a linear routine for about one month, when can I add a fowfer in my routine?


Pre PE-01/aug/09----6.5" BPEL, 5.5" EG

Now ----------------7.5" BPEL, 5.6" EG

I add them in when I’m on the computer :) just for half an hour or so.

Look up ‘Stretching the anal’ for the real answer to this question. Normally it’s the sitting on other peoples dick that is considered gay though. Fowfers are for all sexual orientations. They rule!
