Fowfers are King!

Turtleling for me means my penis just shrinks a little. Could be that I am cold or had a good PE session. The penis can do it to protect itself and to keep warm. Retracting into the body…I don’t know what that would even look like. Haha. I consider anything less than my best flaccid, turtleing. I have been experimenting with using medical wraps to keep my penis extended when I sleep. I just have to make sure that blood flow is not restricted.

It is quite possible. It could also just be ‘fuller’(for lack of a better term). I have not measured any drastic difference in my flaccid, it is hard to be accurate since my flaccid fluctuates, but it feels more full and meaty. It also helps keep my flaccid at its longest.

Keeps it warm and stretched.

My only concern is that a penis, which did not carry that much weight until now, is conditioning to this heavier weight.

I say this because I am hanging 1,25kg for 1 hour, but I feel that the weight I apply with fowers is a lot more.

So wouldnt it be better first to hang as long as I make progress (also with heavier weights) , and after this does not work anymore, use the fowers?

Fowfers are very good and I personally credit them with growth both FL and EL.

Just do both.

In fact, do everything, it’s all good, except for advanced stuff obviously.

I think the more angles you hit you penis at, the more stimulated it’ll get to grow. Dividing muscle cells like respond very well to this type of treatment.

But didnt veterans suggest to use as little weight as possible for stretching?
I mean, if the cells get too tough because of heavy weight, tunica gains could be less likely..

For doing fowers should soreness be a goal or not?

I’d say light soreness indicates you’ve stretched well. It shouldn’t be painful at all, though. I usually get a small amount of soreness, followed by a great flaccid for the rest of the day.

When I do fowfers I think I can only feel the stretch upon the top part of my penis. Though it’s definitely under the skin, it doesn’t feel like an even stretch throughout the thickness. Is that what other people are experiencing?

So far I am experiencing nice flaccid gains and some erect gains through my new routine, my main goal is length so I do

10-15 minutes of V-Stretching twice a day and 2 sets of 30 minute fowfers

in my experience doing 2-3 sets of 30 minute fowfers is better than 1 set of 90 minutes, inbetween times I make sure to pee and watch some porn to get an erection to make sure there is good blood flow

I also do clamping now and again, im happy with my routine at the moment :) about 1cm in gains in 2 weeks

I’ve been doing fowfers for about a month and they’ve done wonders for my flaccid hang. Has anyone else tried giving their unit a good 180 or 360 degree turn before sitting on it? Like a bundled fowfer. Let me know what you think.

Bundled fowfer sounds like a good idea. I can’t help but twist my dick when I sit on it.

Does anyone else get a sharp needle pain at any point during fowfers?

Does anyone know if fowfers would increase the distance the balls hang?
