French penis size study

Hi guys,

I am from Europe and I like this forum. I am fan of the American culture: the positive thinking , the way of communication, the goals setting and etc.

I see guys that you have a lot of information about studies on average penis size and I will be thankful to you if you answer to my question. According to many studies average flaccid stretched penis size is approximately 4,5 to 5,3 inches or 11,5 to 13,5 centimeters. A lot of doctors say that FSL is good indicator for erect length. How do you interpret this data :

” In 1992, Bondil et al. [9] Studied 905 men from age 17 to 91 years, to examine the ‘extensibility’ of the penis. Penile length was recorded in three conditions; flaccid, maximal flaccid stretched and flaccid after stretch. The maximal flaccid stretched length was achieved by pulling on the glans three times, allowing for ‘tissue viscoelasticity.’ After the penis was measured at it’s maximal flaccid stretched length, it was then remeasured in it’s flaccid length, which they defined as ‘flaccid after stretch’. Lengths were found to be 10.7 and 16.74 cm in the flaccid and stretched states, respectively.[9] They concluded that extensibility decreases with age.”

Do you know what kind of measuring technique was used : bone pressed or non bone pressed. I think that average flaccid stretched penis length is less than 16,74 cm or 6,6 inches. If NBFSL in this study is 16,74 cm, that mean that NBEL is 17 - 17,5 cm. It’s not realistic.

There were quite a few studies reporting average stretched length of greater than 16 cm (one even reported 17 cm) but it’s bone-pressed. Having said that when one looks at all the studies together only ~2.5% of subjects have a length greater than 17 cm (a combination of BPEL and NBPEL studies). Maybe someone could translate this Italian slide review presentation of some of these studies:

The biggest study of stretched, flaccid adult penis length was done by Ponchietti, et al, on 3,300 young Italian soldiers. "Penile length was defined as the linear distance along the dorsal side of the penis extending from the pubopenile skin junction to the tip of the glans in the flaccid, and fully stretched but still flaccid state…"

If you go ahead and look at Figure 1 in that second article, you will see a nomogram of percentiles of penis length from the data on the 3,300 young Italians (for both flaccid length and stretched flaccid length). You can see that the 99th percentile for non bone-pressed stretched flaccid length was about 17.5 cm (6.9").

Stretched flaccid length depends a bit on how hard you pull. The majority of studies that have compared SFL to EL have shown mean SFL to be a little less than mean EL.

I asked this question because I want to set my goal but at the moment I don’t know what is the european average penis size. If I find out what is the average BPEL and NBPEL in Europe I will know what is my goal.

Does it possible french people to have penis bigger than the other Europeans.

I already sent imeils to several doctors in France but I have no answer. It will be great if you have some information about european average penis size. What I have is Schneider’s survey, Poncheti’s and Bondil’s surveys , one british survey and one Greek survey.

The author looked at studies of average penis length done in different countries. The problem is that the methodology might not have been consistent throughout.

France was at the top of the list.

I saw that study. Yeah, I was thinking that the French is at the top.

Does Arabs have big ones? There’s not a lot of Arabic porn.. and online profiles of guys.

When she said, Arabs are the biggest, I think she meant the biggest among other Muslims.

What is interesting in Professor Natali’s penis size/enlargement slide presentation (see above) is the last slide. That guy wearing the penis extender from the front looks like his dick is 9-10” and yet it barely reaches 7”. It’s pretty deceiving.

I very much doubt penis variability based on nationality. To be race dependant - that makes sense, but nationality has little to do with penis size. Those national surveys were done based on different ad hoc methodologies, hence the differences in average measurements.

On the other hand, I’m not surprised about the French people placed as #1. It couldn’t be otherwise, knowing that France is the Center of the Universe!

P.S. All right, the USA is also the Center of the Universe, the difference being that French people acknowledge that there are also some other countries… :D

This is a collage of vary studies, incomplete and inconclusive. Only the last part, the penultimate page tell something that has been said million of times on Thunder’s: there is no evidence that surgery could be more effective then simple stretching without surgery.

Don’t specific if the other measurements are taken bone pressed or not.

I am agree with cervixhunter that the difference in average measurements come from the different methodologies. For example average penis size in neighboring countries of France ( Spain , Italy, Germany) is 13-14,5 cm.

I have a doubt about that the average penis size ( NBPEL) in France is 15,5 - 16 cm. I think that BPEL in France is 13,5 - 15 cm.

Just out of curiosity, if you take a train trip across Europe, does your penis keep changing in size as you go?
