Frequent but shorter jelq sessions
My body doesn’t seem to respond well to regular 10 minute long sessions of jelqing. I usually get a good feeling of blood flow in the first 50~ jelqs but towards the end no matter how softly I jelq, I seem to lose efficiency in my workout and my penis begins to turtle up. On the other hand, whenever I do about 25 jelqs in the shower I consistently feel a healthy blood flow/hang in my penis. I am planning on doing these short workouts when I’m in the shower.
Do you guys think that 5 days of jelqing, 25 jelqs apiece while taking rests during the weekends sounds like a reasonable, effective plan? I obviously plan to keep doing manual stretches though I’m sort of on the fence on doing a warmup/warm down for every session. 25 jelqs is not a lot and is over before you know it. Do I need a full 5min before/after for warming?
