Title is NOT how much I’ve grown with my work outs..

Title refers the difference between my flaccid dick and my fully erect dick.

Can anyone… give me some help on why is my dick this way? Why cant i have a bigger flaccid like most people… One that when it gets erect only grows a few cm´s… not close to 10 that’s double my dick…….

I mean i think my erect is pretty decent.. i feel comfortable with it.

But my flaccid dick?! I feel like a little kid and i´m embarrased of myself.

Any suggestions, words of advice would be highly appreciated

Have you done any PE? It would help if you give a few details about yourself any routines you have tried.

I tried for a couple weeks the newbie routine.. doing wet jelqs.

I practiced kegels too.

And to try to enlarge my flaccid dick, i did the exercise whose name i cant remember… but was basically putting your dick behind and sitting on it for a while.

I’m 22 years old.

I have problems peeing standing up. I have to sit up and that way i can make a proper force to make the pee come out.

I stopped doing the routine because from what i read it was more to enlarge your erect dick.. And i think the problem that’s been screwing with my head my whole life has been my flaccid dick.

I think that if you start with the program your flaccid will get bigger.

Get an ADS. There are tons of threads about it. Helped me BIG time with that problem…

If I’m not mistaken, your flaccid is spot on average, which I have seen quoted most memorably at 3.4 inches.

And the EL is considerably above average.

don’t know if its on average or not.. i just wish it was similar to my erect.

anyway i rather have you give me some advice to a problem which is affecting me psychologically than giving me facts on something I didn’t ask for.

Sorry to seem like an ass but if these threads are to get helped I don’t see your part in it.

First, a couple of weeks of anything won’t be enough for some monumental permanent change.
Second, wet Jelqs should help your erect length, but I doubt they would have much of a flaccid effect.

First: “I”, not “i”.
Second: “Fowfer” is the name you are looking for. Build up to 6-10 hours a day: it will have an effect. I do these far more than anything else.

Go see a Urologist. He’ll probably tell you you are fine, but go see one anyway.

Fowfer, fowfer, and then fowfer some more. ADS and Manual Stretches wouldn’t hurt either. Would you be upset if you also grew your erect penis?

Uff, so I should do 6hours of fowfer? damn…

So basically my “problem” can only be solved by overworking my dick daily with this work out..

I guess i best get to working..

Remember: it’s “I”, not “i”.

Hey I wouldn’t rush to a certain time frame on fowfers. I can’t do them for very long, maybe 30mins max without hurting too much, used to only be able to take 10mins. So try working your way up, also you could do BTC stretches, they helped my flaccid a bit along with the fowfers.

I am the same way dude. I have always been a “grower” as opposed to a “show-er”. Really, Like a good flacid for me is 4 inches. Bpel I am 7 inches and thick like a SOB, 5 5/8 ms and 6 at the base. I actually have come to accept it, It`s kind of like SURPRISE! Don`t sweat it man.

Hey, OneGg, calm down. You’re getting helpful responses, whether they’re all exactly what you want to hear or not. Some people are “growers” and some are “showers.” Everyone’s unit grows beyond their flaccid size somewhat, some more than others. If you are concerned with only increasing your flaccid size, that’s fine, but your flaccid size is not the size of your penis. First of all, flaccid size varies depending on temperature, mood, time of day, relaxation level, hormone balance, etc. Second, flaccid is simply your penis at rest.

That being said, there are exercises that help improve and increase average flaccid size (by average I mean your average). Fowfers are one. But doing the Newbie routine—using heat for a warmup and jelqing and stretching consistently for a few months, along with doing kegels, is the best route. This will improve blood flow and over-all penile health and should lead to a better flaccid hang throughout the day. If you see no improvement after three months of the Newbie routine, maybe look into ADS or an intensive Fowfer routine.
