thanks cheeva for the warm reply, and sorry if it seems that I’m altered… but I’m not, I’m just very direct with my words when I ask for some help and some instead of helping just give you the “your above average” quit whining or something.

Anyways I’ll ask more precise in another thread or will do a lot more research… but when doing fowfers, lets see how I can put this. My balls are like big, and when pulling my dick behind.. it hurts my balls sometimes, so Is there a right way to doing fowfers, putting your balls above or beneath the dick when stretching?

I too am a grower, from 10cm (shrivelled minimum) to 21cm erect!!! On warm days I hang at 13cm flaccid.

I have 2 suggestions:

Don’t worry about flaccid size so much and keep growing with PE, when you get over 20cm your flaccid size will be around 13cm and getting into “shower” territory.

Remove vasoconstrictors from your diet such as caffeine, fatty food etc. and add circulation stimulators such as spicy food, herbs such as gingko biloba, ginseng, ginger etc. This may help stop the shrivel.

Remember, what I said was “Build up to 6-10 hours a day”. And as Cheeva said, there are other ways to improve your flaccid. I only mentioned Fowfers because you were looking for the name, and because they have worked really well for me.

Your question about positioning your balls during Fowfers is an issue I had to work around as well. I found two ways to deal with it: first, when Fowfering to the side, simply pull your balls to the other side. Second, when Fowfering BTC (which I can only do for a short while), be sure you are pulling *right between* the balls. This should bypass the problem, so to speak.

4. Do the fucking Newbie routine for three months, and make sure to use heat. There is no magic bullet that miraculously makes your dick bigger—it takes consistent work over time.

WTF man, that’s what I call grower, more than 10 cm.

Question, what is your Stretched Flaccid Length? For Most People its the same as erect, just curious cause that’s quite a lot of stretch in your case.

“Wrapping” will increase your flaciid. I noticed mine coming up after two weeks of wraps.

On your size difference, it doesn’t matter - but it sounds like you really want the flaciid.

When I read the post, I thought you had grown from 9cm to 19cm, I was going to say “BRAVO”

Besides I´m not circumcised, and when I do fowfers it feels like it pulls the skin too much and I feel that like I´m doing it wrong.
Because I imagine doing fowfers being circumcised and I can picture a greater effect in the pulling since it pulls the dick much more rather than skin. Or maybe I´m wrong.

I’m cut, and there is plenty of skin pull. Like anything else, Fowfers take practice. It’s OK to pull a little skin, just more to grow into later!

To Fowfer while sleeping (also known as bed fowfers), lie on your side in the fetal position. From behind your leg, grab your penis. Pull it as far behind your leg as possible. Pinch your legs together to hold it in place. You should feel some light tension where your penis meets your fat pad. You can straighten your legs for a more powerful stretch, like a standing BTC stretch. This is actually quite comfortable once you are accustomed to it. Now drift off into peaceful slumber, dreaming of the bigger penis you wish you had.

You can also do them lying on your back, just lift your leg up and pull your penis to one side or the other and rest your leg on top of it.
