I cant seem to get back to pe’ing regularly and correctly. I try to manual stretch but I cannot seem to get stretching right. Most of the time there is way toomuch stress on the head. Today when i tried my penis did not stay totally flacid so i did not want to stretch while not being flacid. I cant seem to get the proper grip to stretch without putting all the stress on the glans. I really want to get back to pe’ing again but I am gettin very frustrated. Please help.

Sometimes I eat beforehand so there’s not as much blood and I won’t get partially erect while trying to stretch. I also squeeze all of the blood out of the head and try to keep it out. Don’t give up, there are other excercises to do like jelqing which might also give you some length in the long run.

I really need length and stretching is key to gaining length.

Jelq some and get your penis a little “fatter”, then take a grip farther up the shaft and use the restricted blood to do the same job as your head is currently doing. It’s easier to stretch when you have some penis to grab.

For length stretch downwards and work your ligaments. Remember to feel your ligs and not your skin stretching. It’s also important to stretch in all directions in the same stretch to hit the ligaments in all angles. Stretch in circles etc..

Or surprise yourself and get off some tugs in the shower, or when you urinate. They will count up.

You may be grasping too close to the head then. I used to make sure that I had any extra skin behind where I was pulling and stay about an inch back from the glans. Usually the only time I had problems was when I “slid” up to the glans due to skin movement.

Don’t give up Marcus, PE is the mother of all invention. Or is it the other way around? (:
