Full erection lig stretching

Full erection lig stretching

My penis tilts a little bit to the right when it is fully erect. During an erection I pushed it left and felt a good stretch on the ligs. Does this actually stretch the ligs and increase size? Also is it dangerous b/c the penis is fully erect?

I wondered that too. If you have a full erection and push down and to the sides it feels like a realy good stretch, but i figuerd it realy must not do anything benificial or else everyone here would have been talking about it long ago.

Search for erect bends. Seems to me that you might be risking damage in areas that are compressed when bending (i.e. underside of shaft towards base)

Primary goal: To have an EQ above average (i.e. streetsmart, compassionate about life and happy) Secondary goal: to make an anagram of my signature denoting how I feel about my gains

Searching the boards I found this post by bird2 Amazing Isometrics - expand gain potential and cut down PE duration

It describes something similar to what I was thinking about. The newbie routine doesn’t say anything about it, but it feels good so I’ll keep doing it ;P

Also there is no bending involve, just pushing. I don’t know if the stretching feeling is from the ligs or just from the force put on the erect penis.

It may seem like a good idea as you can really feel the ligs stretch but the risk of injury may be high. I noticed with a partial erection of say 75% I get the same stretch in the ligs but I still wonder if I should do it. I would think the risk of injury should be reduced as opposed to being fully erect. Stretching while flaccid defeintely stretches the tissues but at hte expense of stretching the ligs, at least for me.

“Amazing Isometrics” is a doesn’t really do much for stretching - it works the BC muscle, like kegels. But there are a lot of fluffy words to conceal that.

Continue doing this, I am convinced it will give you bigger gains

There is nothing wrong with pushing the penis down as long as you do it in a controlled manner and push it straight down, no bends. I agree with stretching erect is a bad idea.

You are correct, Amazing isometrics isn’t a stretching exercise. However it will increase gain potential and cuts down the time to reach your final goal. See it as a support on your routine. Many PE performers are doing it and benifit from the exercise. It will work the BC muscle too, not a bad addition either.
