Full Erection

I have a problem. I only maintain a full erection state for like seconds, and when I masturbate. During sex this problems lasting years now. I don’t know if this correlate with masturbation, porn and body fat ( my waist is 41 inches. But it was more). Since I’ve start losing weight, it improves a bit, more erections, more sex and so. But I still have the problem mentioned above. And I still need to lost something like 3p pounds. I was too overweight for my height. I’m 5’9 and was 225 pounds in July. Now I’m weighting like 187 pounds. Still well above a good weight.

Do you guys have some tips?

A combination of a good physical fitness routine and a good pe routine should help a lot with erection quality issues.

The newbie routine is a great routine.

For fitness eat a healthy diet that includes a high amount of vegetables and fruit. Workout 4-5 days a week. Make sure each workout is a challenge.

The road to being fit and having a good dick can be long and strenuous so make sure you stay dedicated.

Dude if you lost almost 40 lbs in 4 months you are a badass! That is amazing results, and it would sound to me like you know what your doing so losing more weight should be easy. And once you are after a long term goal, the closer you get to the finish line the easier and easier it gets.

So good for you man, definitely starting the newbie PE routine if you haven’t already plus exercising, losing weight and a healthy diet will quickly make your penis want to stay hard and take charge. It will happen my man. Keep it up.
