Fundiform Ligament pain

Fundiform Ligament pain

Hi everyone, first of all I apologise for any spelling errors I’m not a native, and second if make any errors with this post please point them and they will be amend in the future.

Now to the point, I recently started PE with the basics (100-200 jelqs with a proper warm-up and warm-off) and an Extender which was doing great but yesterday I tried for the first time an ADS (the one with the suction cup and rubber band to your leg, don’t know if there are any others). I’ve been doing the jelqs for about a month and yesterday when I used the ADS for the first time I noticed that the pulling force changed a lot while walking. It never hurt me, just a strong but comfortable pull, the problem is that when I took it off I started feeling like a very subtle pain. For what I’ve researched and comparing with where I feel it, it would be this Fundiform Ligament, specifically on the top at the base of my unit.
Besides the fact that it’s very subtle, my erections are not painful. The only two problems are that the pain comes when I’m flaccid, and second that I noticed my erection pointing a LITTLE bit more upwards.

Here are my top questions:
A) Should I apply heat or cold?
B) How much time would you say it would take to recover such a subtle “injury”?
C) Will my erection get down to its normal angle afterwards? (again its very subtle).
D) Should I recover normally or healing without tension will heal the ligament in this state? (this is just panicking I know, but I needed to ask).

Till now I prioritised safeness over gains, still do, I don’t get why this method which was the lightest that I came across hurt me. Maybe I needed to wait a bit longer.

I’d appreciate any advice that experienced PEers can give me. Thanks in advanced and still hoping to get on this train, Merco.

For everyone in the future who has the same problem (since some people saw this post), in my case the problem was the constant change in tension. I stopped for a week and everything was ok. What helped me was using cold the first 2 days and heat the rest of the week as much as I could (and jerking off the bare minimum). Hope this helps someone.

Glad to hear you got it worked out. Taking a few rest days is always a good option.
