Gain girth using Length routines

About ten years ago I was jelqing a bit to enthusiastically and develop a pain in my glans. The pain covers an area that is the thickness of a hairline and a few millimetres long. When I don’t do PE, the pain goes away but I started PE again for the past few months and I have noticed that the pain can return if I do enough jelqing.

So as a response, I just want to focus on bib hanger and sizemaster extender because I get no side effects from from using these devices
My question is, will I gain up one inch of mid girth this way?

I’m currently hanging 1 to 3 sets of 3.75kg for 15 minutes each from Tuesday to Friday and the on weekends one to two hours of extender. So far I’ve seen something that may be 0.2inch Length gain( or maybe bad measurements taken) but a definite 0.2 girt gain towards the base and 0.1inch just behind the glans and not even sure which exercise delivered these changes
