How to pump for length? (girth gain is easier)
I gained some girth but not much in length. Here’s my 6 days a week routine:
5 mins stretch / warm up in hot shower
10 mins pump at 5 - 5.5 Hg In
50 reps power jelq
2 mins stretch / break
10 mins pump at 5.5 - 6 Hg In
50 reps power jelq
10 mins pump at 5.5 - 6 Hg In
Power jelq / stretch / hot shower / end of workout
The base (lower 1/4 to 1/3) of my shaft is packing the tube but never the mid shaft and above. Is it true that there won’t be any gain in length until I fully pack the tube? Should I stick to my current routine? How about experiment with higher pressure provided there’s no discomfort or skin distortion? TIA!
