Gained 1/8 of an inch from a decon breake

I just want to say that I have gained length from a decon breake. I was doing extending from June to October, but I stopped because I didn’t gain anything during the last 100 hours(from 400th to 500th hour). Maybe because I wasn’t consistent as before, but that is not important right now.

In January, I measured 7.2” BPEL which makes in total 1” of my length gains, before that breake I was 7.1”. This is a nice thing to motivate me to continue to do PE. With this post, I just wanted to contribute to the PE community, so I hope this information can be helpful to somebody here.


Start September 2016: 6.2" x 4.6"

Current: 7.45" x 5"

Same gain here, but girth.

Rest is fundamental.

You had some really nice gains since you’ve started, my compliments.

Current size: 7.25 x 4.6

First goal: 7.5 x 5.0 Mid term Goal: 8 x 5.25 Long term goal: 8.5 x 5.5+

Definitely very interesting.

It’s typically two weeks for me, which is really very short. In the past four years I did have one three month stint of no PE, which is probably also healthy from time to time.

Well, I think I can gain relatively easy when I think little better about myself. I have started PE 2.5 years ago, but I practiced PE only 5 or maybe 6 months.

September 2016:
+0.5” x +0.2” from the JonPop routine.

October 2016:
Injury from jelqing, stopped PE, lost that 0.2” girth gain.

September 2017:
Tried the swim cap method, but I couldn’t make it work.

December 2017:
Tried vacuum extender, but it wasn’t good at all.

May 2018:
Experimented with the swim cap method to make it work.

June - October 2018:
500h x 1kg(mostly), Ulis for 6 + 2 weeks, +0.4” x +0.4”

From November 2019:
+0.1” from doing nothing

I know I need a break, but I can’t stop for more than a week or 2. And even then, I’m constantly stretching after I pee.

This is very important topic, because i think many people noticed too. I rarely do PE last time and few days ago i took pump after quite long break and i saw much bigger size than i had before. For sure breaks work good and maybe we do PE slightly wrong

It depends.

If you’re still very focused and your routine is not that intense, giving your unit 1 week of rest after 6 of work is ok.

If you lost some focus, your EQ is not as good as before, you’re less horny (like i’ve experienced in the last few months) extend the rest period even to a full month.

Obviously, you gotta have some work done before if you want to decon.

The purpose of it, physically, is to repair some damage that your penis can’t repair well due to the continuous stress.

If you don’t have a good work behind you, decon just become like a stress reliever for you and nothing more.

For girth I think it’s good to do every second day because you need some rest. Also, I felt better results from less workout, like 3 x 2min.

At first, I have gained girth unexpectedly from Ulis between the extending sets.

The thing that might not be equal for everyone taking breaks is how bad you turtle. I’m not sure that for people like me who turtle a lot naturally it’s good to take a break for too long, have a ton of turtling occur and not be doing any PE.

I’m not sure.

You just have to try and see what works best for you.
