gained 16th of an inch in 2 days
i’m currently just begining my first ever PE program. first 2 days already and i’ve gained a 16th in both girth and length. my current program for the first month is 2on/1off and repeat. i manually stretch for 10 in 4 directions and then i wet jelq for another 10. i’m gonna try keeping it down to 5 to 6 sessions of enjoyment and then cut down to 4 just for the sake of not overtraining. just like every other muscle it needs rest.
