One month is not long but you could maybe encourage length by moving your stretches to the start of your routine or into a separate morning routine, jelqing at a lower erection level (60%ish) cutting out the dry jelqs or reducing your entire jelqing routine to maybe 15 minutes and adding some JAI’s after your jelqing.
these are just suggestions there are many ways you could alter your routine but it does have a lot of jelqing in it right now.
>Is there any changes that I need to bring in my routine. Also when I jelq lot of skin deposits at the the head (Uncircumsised I guess.). Is this also a cause of not attaining any gains in length.<
Watch out for Turkey neck, the skin if its stretched will permanently deform at the place of least resistance (above the scrotum).
When you wet jelq:
- With your first grip near the glans apply your second grip a little up the shaft lightly
- Release the grip at the glans enough for the skin to pass through and pull the second grip down to the base
- Tighten the second grip
- Start the new stroke while releasing completely the first hand
This sounds complex but it can be done in a fluid manner.
Switch between that and just letting your skin gather at the glans if you like.
