Gaining girth from stretching

Hey Guys, It seems to look like I have gained a bit of girth. The only PE exercise I do is stretching. Is it possible to gain girth from just stretching?? Or should I put this down to just naturally growing as I am still rather young. 18 to be exact. It seems to have only being noticeable in the last 2-3 weeks.

Erection size and quality can vary from day to day, but most guys notice gains in this area first. Could it be that you just are having better erections? How are you measuring your girth, midshaft or base?

I haven’t actually measured the girth lately but the area I noticed is getting bigger is around the base. My erections seem to be the same as pre PE.

Several hangers (length only exercise) have reported girth gains around the base. It might be able that this happens with stretching too.

So does that mean I must be stretching with a fair amount of force seeing as though hanging is pretty much a really intense stretch??

Do you recon I should ease off a bit? I don’t really notice if I’m pulling to hard because I am fairly strong so my half pull could be someones full on hard as they can go pull.

I will add I have seen no negative PI’s that I can think off.

Just keep doing what you do now, there aren’t any negative side effects, consider yourself lucky. I think that you wouldn’t mind some extra base girth, so there isn’t a reason to stop. I would advise you to not increase either pressure, intensity or amount of time to get the base girth. There are several other exercises which are more effective for that. Consider base girth gains from stretching as a nice side effect, nothing else :) .
