Do you recon I should ease off a bit? I don’t really notice if I’m pulling to hard because I am fairly strong so my half pull could be someones full on hard as they can go pull.
I will add I have seen no negative PI’s that I can think off.
Just keep doing what you do now, there aren’t any negative side effects, consider yourself lucky. I think that you wouldn’t mind some extra base girth, so there isn’t a reason to stop. I would advise you to not increase either pressure, intensity or amount of time to get the base girth. There are several other exercises which are more effective for that. Consider base girth gains from stretching as a nice side effect, nothing else :) .
