Gains length but no girth

Hi everyone, I have been PEing for a month and 11 days and have gained 0.5 in length but nothing in girth, I was kinda hoping the two would gain together steadily. Anyway I was just wandering what was the best time to start girth exercises, I mean how far from my goal should I start to incorporate girth exercises. I have a rock bottom 6 o’clock LOT could this be effecting my girth gains.

Any positive wisdom would be greatly welcomed

Use the newbie routine for at least 3 months and then you can start putting Ulis, horses or clamping in your routine.

Havent you gained anything in base girth??

Nah not yet although one time I thought I did but I misread it.

Ulis, horses and clamping are girth exercises. Don’t do them before you reach the 3 months in using the newbie routine because they are advanced exercises. For now try to increase time and pressure in jelqing.
