Gauge Not Working ? Cylinder Leaking ?

Recently I’ve finally started to pump but I’ve encountered some problems :

-as a pump, I have a brake bleeder from Amazon, it seems to work when I’m using it in against my skin as the gauge instantly reach something like 10inch, however, when I’m using it with my cylinder, it take years for the clock hand to even move while the pressure inside the cylinder is clearly getting higher, and when the clock hand goes up, I can’t reach 5inch because the pressure is getting really painful, and the clock hand is slowly going down like the pressure is leaking, but it’s not, it look like the gauge and the actual pressure inside the cylinder are not related at all

-my second problem is that when I get out of the cylinder, my penis get back to it’s flaccid state, normally it should be the same size inside and outside the cylinder after pumping right ?(for a certain amount of time ofc)

I would like to add that the cylinder I’m using is the enlarger cylinder, which is 12.5” long and 2.56” wide, so it’s a really big cylinder, and also the cylinder got a male connector, not a female one
