Hello all,

As you can see i have been a member for some time, but frankly my life has been a bit too chaotic for me to sit down and do a routine, I am working on one now, but have a question on stretches.

I watched the videos, and tried to emulate them, but frankly I do not feel much of a stretch, only tremendous pressure on my glands, is this normal? Or do I have too much of an erection to stretch properly? Any suggestions at all would be helpful. :)

You really shouldn’t have an erection AT ALL whilst stretching.

Stretch flaccid. Problem should be solved. Take drugs too! People seem to like them.

I tend to get an increase of blood while doing jelquing and stretching, resulting in a partial erection.

That happens to me as well. Glans is the most sensitive part. The touching could result in some stimulation etc. Its fine.

When I stretch I usually feel the pressure on the ligs at the base of my penis.

When you stretch, do you gain length, girth, both, or are you just “warming up” your penis for the other exercises

Stretching is working length only.
