Getting BACK to PE
Hey All,
I am not sure if this qualifies as a newbie thread but this is all I have access to right now.
I stopped doing PE For about a couple of years. (Except for the occasional jelq to keep things going.) Before that, I was doing Jelq along with using the BIB Hanger. It helped me gain about an inch.
Now that I am back after a couple of years, it seems as if the field has grown so much. So many new stretches, so many new devices, and so many new websites!
What would you guys recommend as a good routine for 3-4 days a week?
Should I go with the basics of Jelq and BIB Hanging?
I am a busy professional so I don’t have time do PE For hours. I think 30 min 3-4 times a week is ideal.
Any thoughts from the pros appreciated.
