Getting hard while stretching

The title says it all:While performing my daily stretches, I can’t stop myself from getting erect.It’s less severe with jelqing, but I always stretch while 40% or 50%.What should I do?

I think stretching at 40-50% is OK. And the more you get used to the stretches being an exercise, the erection issue should subside.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

An other thing that can help is deep breathing while stretching and thoughts that have nothing to do with sex.

Like thinking of nature or even things that turns you off.

Thanks! I just tried listening to a podcast while stretching, but I can’t do It always since I have no privacy.

Use your imagination…
There are so many things that you can think of and creating imaginary images in order to turn your sex drive off for the stretching session.

Think of an event of your life that it makes you sad
Think of kittens stepped by a car Lol
Think of old women naked LoL

Blood increase is what we want. Let it rest and get flaccid, start over once you get engorged stop again. That would be a gentle form of elongating. Trust me, having an erection is gold! Don’t waste it

I always thought that getting an erection during a stretch qualifies the stretch as being the best you can get from it.

Maybe that was getting an erection after finishing a stretch routine is a good sign you haven’t gone overboard.

Yeah, but no, actually I meant feeling blood almost involuntarily going through the penis while stretching.

Getting a slight feeling of erection is a “must have” after any type of stretching, if not, imo, it was performed wrong…

It is not a must have either during or after stretching and for me, it never happens. I think it is a sign of getting a little excited about the process.

Now getting an erection during and after pumping is something I try for.

Maybe I didn’t make myself clear enough, I am sorry for that.
I mean, I need to feel the opposite of “turtling” after a stretch in order to consider it a good stretch. No serious erection is needed of course, although i would still consider that a gread positive PI.

It’s the kind of thin that takes practice.

Even 2 years into it, sometimes when I get a really good stretch going with the extender, it’ll cause unwanted wood and ruin the session.

Just do what you can, when you can and be patient.
