How hard do you guys pull when first starting stretching?
I’m getting back into the swing of things, and my first two days were fine. Woke up with morning wood, random erections throughout the day, etc. I took a day off yesterday (and smoked 1 cigarette), and this morning did my workout. I think I pulled a little harder than the first two times, then did 50 jelqs, and after the workout I turtled up. No red spots or anything, but my penis just shrunk to normal size, maybe tinier. My “inner penis” feels tough. This always happens when I try to get in the swing of things, and it always ends up discouraging me. I’m wondering if it’s that I’m: a) pulling too hard b) the cigarette (I don’t normally smoke and will not be smoking anymore) c) jelqing too hard d) it’s normal. I don’t think I was jelqing with anymore intensity. Has anyone run into a similar issue? How did you resolve it?
