Hard pull or light pull for stretches ??
Well there has been debate if you pull hard during stretching this would lead to medicore length gains if any. But everyone is different right??
Pulling light during stretches are more beneficial for length gains.This also leads to everyone is different again.
So the big question is which one is the one that fits you the best??
My history I have been the type that pulls hard and gradually increase the intensity. I have gained but I believe that my gains have stalled.
So for now on I’m giong to barely pull see what happens in about a month. This just might break my EL gains again. Plus I have been getting more EG than EL.
