If you wanna go high end there’s Velseal at pumptoys dot com, Thickwall, and Vacutech. Then the budget one a lot of guys get is LeLuv.

Also remember that there is a difference between pumps and vacuum tubes. Some tubes have a built in or attached pump, many do not.

Whichever style you prefer you always want to get one with a pressure gauge.

A very good pump is the brake bleeder pump sold at Harbor Freight for around $25. With coupon you can get it cheaper. I’ve seen the exact same pump sold elsewhere for as much as $75.

With a separate pump you can then easily add individual tubes as you see fit. I have a 2” diameter tube for length, a 2.5” tube for girth work and a 3” tube for the rare occasion I want to go full package. The 3” is a bit on the small side for full package pumping.

I prefer a tube with a flange so I do not need a silicon seal or rim, which prevents digging in to the pubic area.

Those bathmates and Penomet water pumps have waaaaay too much pressure and no way to gauge it. I switched from those to the ones the other guys mentioned and ALL the red spots and discoloring of my dick and edema stopped. You have to pump your meet like good barbecue… low and slow.

True, after all the Penomet pump and the Bathmate pump are designed for enthusiasts. However in my research a lot less problems with discoloring with Penomet.

Healthy pumping shouldn’t have any discoloration. It’s why a gauge is essential for healthy and repeatable results.

Literally with my bath mate of you pump the same there shouldn’t be any theoretical issues. Wouldn’t you agree

Without a gauge, you have no idea if you are pumping the same.
