Getting red spots, but on the foreskin?

Getting red spots, but on the foreskin?

Hi,

I’ve been doing the newbie routine now for almost 3 weeks and started noticing the typical "red spotting" but not on the penis glans, but on the foreskin usually covering the glans. Since this is a neutral PI (Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!) I’m not worried.

But my question is, since the spotting only occurs on the foreskin, will the glans grow at all? (When I jelq my foreskin rolls forward and covers the glans.)

Another question, I heard from one guy on youtube that you should jelq first and then stretch, not the other way around as is said in the newbie routine. What could be advantages/disadvantages of this?

Regards!

You’re probably getting a little swelling fo the foreskin too, right? That’s perfectly OK. Consider spots on the foreskin the same as spots on the shaft, as long as the are small pin pricks it’s not an issue.

Do the glans expand when you jelq? This is probably the clearest indicator that you are likely to be affecting them.

Some people reverse jelqing and stretching or split the stretching out into a separate routine. The clearest advantage of stretching first is that your hands aren’t covered in lube when you are trying to stretch. Jelqing, when done properly, is a fairly intense exercise and stretching afterwards can be unpleasant, even just gripping. There is potential that jelqing first might allow stretching to greater greater effect for less force because you’ve just spent time effectively tenderising your penis but so many people have grown effectively with the stretching first that I’m not sure there is a benefit. You could experiment and let us know your results. Jelqing first could also mean you might be able to skip a warm wrap between stretching and jelqing, once your stretching routine becomes long enough for your penis to lose heat.

Momento, I don’t get any red spots, I’m jelqing 20 min and stretching afterwards.

Is it also normal forsome not to get any red spots?

I do warm up and cool down with warm/hot shower.

Red spots on the shaft skin and foreskin happen. The foreskin is simply a continuation of the shaft skin. If your skin is dark you probably won’t notice them. Some people seem to notice them and others do not, so the fact that you are not getting them could indicate either nothing or that you are not using enough force when you jelq. Probably the easiest way of telling if you are using enough force is the post workout size of your penis. If it seems plump for some time after a session, then you are probably doing enough work. Some people consider turtling after a jelqing session to indicate over-work.

I’m ok then. I get plump and hung. Probably what I love about jelqs up till now is that I attribute a considerable reduction of the turtling effect.

I’m pretty white but I’m latin, so my unit is tanned naturally, probably thats why I don’t see any redness.

Yeah, mhm the glans expand underneath the foreskin too!

I will try the jelq first and then strech for a couple of weeks and see if I notice any difference =)
