How to increase girth at the base of the penis? Which exercise if most result giving in a short period of time?

Many say hanging is a good way to increase girth base. I have been hanging for 5 weeks and haven’t gone over 5.5 lbs while increasing girth base from 5.0” to about 5.2”. I also do manual stretching and light jelqing but I believe the increase is from hanging.
Started 11/2014 6" BPEL x 4" MEG (Ballpark #'s)
As of 01/2017 7 1/2" BPEL x 4 7/8" MEG

I can confirm that hanging increases base girth, especially in combination with ULIs. I went from 4.5” to 5.6” in BG while my MSEG only increased to 4.7”.

Thanks a lot all friends for this nice advise. Can you advise me that when to start hanging after newbie routine? I mean after how many weeks.
I started newbie on 26th Dec 16..
