Hi everyone, this is my first post after lurking for a few months. Seems like a great group of guys on here.

So I am coming up on 3 months of PEing. First couple months were basically a mild newbie routine, slowly working up to my current routine of 1/2hr manual stretching and 1/2hr girth work.

I am quite happy with my girth gains thus far. I do slow jelques mixed in with ULI’s and manual short duration clamps. I don’t count strokes anymore, I just go for a half hour, concentrating on really feeling it engorge. I have gained 1/4” of girth after the first 2 months and am quite happy with my progress here. In fact there are days I am 3/8” thicker when erect (and not right after jelquing). I am confident I will continue to gain girth.

However, I have gained absolutely nothing in length. I find it hard to measure because I have a very pronounced curve, but sometimes it almost seems to be getting shorter! I have been very diligent in my PE since starting. I rarely miss days, I concentrate, I read up. I stretch with as much force as I dare. My current routine is 1/2hr of manual stretches in all directions held for 30 sec-1 min. I also mix in A stretches and knee stretches (which I read here somewhere - 1 leg raised on a chair with the penis stretched down the opposite leg). I wanted to try fowfers, however, I am not long enough to do them properly.

I have no negative PIs, only positive ie. Increased harder wood, longer plumper flaccid. However, no length gains at all!

Would appreciate what the experienced guys here think. It seems everyone says length is so much easier to gain, but not for me. I am starting to get discouraged. If I could just see a tiny bit of length gain, I would be so encouraged. Should I just keep at the manual stretches? Try different ones? Take up hanging? (I think my penis should be conditioned enough by now?)

Anyone have any suggestions?

I know exactly what you are going through bud. I gained .5 inch girth in just one month of PE but I have not seeen any length gains when erect. I am very eager to see what kind of replies you get because I need help with the same problem.

It sounds like you are doing a good routine it’s hard to know why you haven’t gained. :(

Do you use heat? Do you make sure that you are flaccid while stretching (and not semi erect?). Have you thought about the technique you use for the stretches, if it’s as effecient as it could be? That’s all I can think of. Hope you have better luck into the future.

I have a theory (unproven as it only applies to me at this point) that it’s easier to gain quick length without girth work. Because it’s easier to try to grow in one direction at a time, then two ways at a time. You can gain in two ways at a time, but it will reduce the gains in either direction. For some reason it seems like you are a rapid girth gainer. Maybe you want to reach your girth goal while these girth gains are coming before you change, I don’t know. But if you really wanted to have a crack at some length I would say drop the girth work. (You can always come back to it at a later point). Focus on 30 mins of length work, 4-6 days a week for a few months and see how you go. If you still didn’t gain I guess you could move to hanging. I guess it depends on what your current measurements are and what your goals are. Some people would kill to be in your position, but as I had good girth from the start, I care mostly about length.

Also, when you gain alot of girth it can make you lose a little length. When you gain alot of length it can make you lose a little girth. Or so I’ve read from people on here. So I wouldn’t be worried about it looking shorter. You can gain it back, but also there is an optical illusion thing at work. A girthy dick looks shorter and a skinny dick looks longer.

If you want to get serious about length gains I would invest in a hanger, bigger has told me before length before girth work and it makes sense once you think about it.

I wish I would have also worked all length first. I’m a hanger and it’s harder to gain length now that my girth is 5.5”. Should have listen just a word of advise.

Try adding fulcrum stretches - V-stretches, A-stretches and such.

If a person focuses on Jelqing and manual stretching, shouldn’t the gains be fairly equal? (eg 1/2” length + 1/4” girth kind of at the same time) The newbie routine, as I understand, and am trying to practice, is just that. (jelqing with some manual stretching, but no uli or sad slinkys.)

I have a starting girth of 5.5ish. I couldn’t tell from Marinera’s thread attachment, whether girth “gains” inhibit length gains, or original girth inhibits length.

What is your erection level when jelqing? I’ve been told and have read that higher erection jelqing will benefit more girth and lower erection level for length. Also Clemski said in one of his threads that if he jelqed downwards it worked better for his length.

Thanks for all the replies. Yah, I think I might try to lay off the girth work, tempting as it is. I am smaller than average in both length and girth, but length is something I really need. Right now, I am only 5.25” BPEL (4 7/8” NBPEL) and 4 5/8” MSEG.

To answer your questions:

CubanB - Yes, I do use heat. I am completely flaccid when I stretch. In terms of technique, I have watched the demo videos so I am pretty sure I am doing them right. Maybe I will watch them again just in case.

Marinera - Yep, already doing fulcrum stretches - A stretches.

Newnew - My erection level is fairly high when I jelque, maybe 80-90%. I used to do it at a lower level (maybe 50-60%)when I started but didn’t notice much happening. When I increased the erection level, I could see my penis get much bigger when jelquing. The gains came after that. So maybe if I do decide to do a little jelquing, I will try it at 50% again, knowing that I won’t get girth gains.

Today I picked up some materials and made a captains wench. Surprisingly easy to make. Just having a hard time finding the clamps where I live up here in Canada. I will start to experiment with that and slowly start adding that to my routine.
I really hope it works.

Will let everyone know how it goes over the next while.
