Hello there!

My main goal is girth and I have been clamping for a couple months. It seems to me, that some guys expand a lot - and some don’t? Me, for instance, my normal erection is 11,5cm. When I clamp, I expand to 12cm - which is no more than 0,5cm difference.

I use two cable clamps and my dick gets rock hard. It would be near impossible to bend, which makes me think that’s the maximum expansion I can reach. Last night I measured each set, start and finish. 10minutes x 3. It was the same expansion from start to finish.

How much do you expand beyond your normal erection while doing girth - and does it typically expand a bit more on the last set?

Anyone with experience regarding growth and pushing the maximum expansion somehow?

Just wondering if there’s any correlation here, from someones experience.

I gained 1.5 inches circumference girth during my first PE journey, mostly from clamping, either by hand or by various constriction devices. I wouldn’t do it that way today because the gains from clamping stopped entirely for me after reaching a certain size. I believe this was because the penis developed so much scar tissue, collagen, that I could no longer exert enough force to cause growth.

If I want girth now, I just use a wide diameter penis pump tube. It’s the easiest and safest method I think. Results are a little slower, but long term I think you’d get better results from it.

The exercise that produced the most girth for me was clamping by hand using a particular technique I’m not sure I made up or not. I gripped the base while erect as hard as I could, then pressed down on the glans to compress the shaft while also twirling the glans around for 16 seconds at a time. I would repeat this three times, then shake the penis for 90 seconds to restore blood flow. After switching hands and doing this about 4 times, I would get somewhere between .25 and .5” more girth circumference when measured. I would do this many times a day in the bathroom whenever I needed to urinate. This method is not something I recommend and caused blood vessels to pop everywhere, but particularly on the back side of the shaft. Just the blood vessels popping on the surface caused me to stop several times so the skin could heal because it was peeling off and bleeding.

Penis pumps are way way way better. 5 inHg, 20 minutes every other day, produces the best growth for me. Ironically, someone told me exactly that when I started. Newbie gains complicate PE since just about anything seems to produce growth in the first year of PE. When you pass the newbie gains though, sustained growth seems to be an entirely different matter where avoiding collagenizing the penis is paramount.

It takes time. I found the more months I clamped the more expansion I got. Remember we are letting force over time work to increase size when we clamp.

Thanks for the reply guys. I’m not impatient and will keep going. It just sucks if I were to not do the right exercises for so long. Seems like some people gain from clamping while others don’t. If total clamped expansion plays a part of the rope for gainers vs. Non-gainers would be interesting.

Ill keep at it the way I’m doing it. It feels effective, that’s for sure :-)
