Girth Question
I have been doing a newbie routine for about 4 weeks now - manual stretches and then jelq (300 strokes).
I am thinking about incorporating some girth exercises. Right now I need more girth at the base (I don’t want to hang, yet). Are there anything else except Horses for that?
How many girth exercises I need to do and for how long? And how do I incorporate them into my routine?
