Hello, I recently tried a girth routine, forgot what it was called. Anyways, it involved me going from my Head to the base of my penis in a jelqing motion… My penis just couldnt take it plus my penis really didn’t show any temp gains at the time of doing it…

Anways, what routine should I use for girth if I can only go from the base of my penis to the head with any stroking motion?

Oh yeah, i forgot to mention, i have a really hard time keeping a flacid penis while doing any kind of exercises… Will this help or hurt my routines??? Could you give me a routine that will work with a fully erect penis?

I have weak (not soft but not hard) erections normally, and I am not strong enough to squeeze hard enough to horse correctly. I foudn if you twist your Ok grip around 180 by turning your hand upside down you apply greater pressure to your dick and it is easier to do.

Sometimes I haev to use both hands.

I would be wary of jelqing downwards if you do not kegel hard back at it, or you could be stretching the outflow vessels of your penis. I could be wrong, in which case a vet will correct.

Never heard of this. I don’t really see much logic in it either. I would not bother with this type of exercise.

This motion is the Jelq. For a newbie this is the greatest way to make iniitial girth gains. I would stick to Jelqing for the first few months before exploring other girth work.

Woah!? I hope your not saying that all jelquing is for girth are you? I am working on length right now and was under the impression that stretching first and then running a jelquing session afterwards would increase length for me and not girth. Am I just misreading you here DLD?

Could those be horses? Tornique on the base and the jelq downwards to get mid-shaft engorgement. That’s one tough, hard exercise, for really experienced only.

For girth, I agree with DLD, jelqing is the way to go. You can jelq with different levels of erection, but best response to girth you’ll get with rather harder erection than soft. Just be careful and add intensity gradually.

It depends on what erection level you are jelqing, but jelqing does both. Mayby more on girth IMHO.

Jelqing does effect length but it also is a girth exercise. Many men believe the degree of erection determines what the jelq works more. I have heard that below 50% will work primarily length, above this erection level will train girth more.

Sometimes I feel like if I jelq all the way to the head when <50% erect, I begin stretching my penis. Do you think the stretching is where the length gains come in, or does it still have to do with a blood capacity engorgement type thing?

Im a newbie, so my member isnt used to all the squeezing yet. I use the <50% jelq as a stretch. Whenever i try to stretch by just grabbing behind the glans, it is way too painful to hold a tight enough grip to get a good stretch. If I get semi-hard I can jelq and hold some of that blood in the glans, and keep the forskin between my hand and the glans, allowing me to stretch and hold for extended periods.

Im not sure how much this is helping, but its my only alternative, my glans is way too sensitive to grip and hold for 30 seconds, while stretching, much less 60 seconds.
