Why length then girth combined routine
Hey guys.
I would like to bring up a little point as to why many of you guys that combine you PE into length and then girth. I have noticed it around in some of your post or signature’s e.g “hang then clamp, in that order” and “don’t clamp then stretch” or “stretch/jelq then pump” etc.
So why do you do it? I can understand the dangerous of clamping then hanging. But why stretch then jelq/pump. The reason I am asking this is because I have altered my routine.
My new routine includes my extender and bathmate. I have not had much success with jelqing and stretching so I think my routine fits well. Because I have not had much success with basic stretching and jelqing I have decided to come up with another strategy. Basically instead of 10 minutes of jelqs, I will pump my bathmate at low pressure for 10 minutes as a warm up. Then instead of stretching for a number of times I will strap on my extender (0.5cm past my bpfsl) for a few hours and then finish of with a pump from the bathmate for 15 minutes. I tried this last night and I really liked the idea.
The reason I have included my extender in my routine, is not the fact that I am not having much success with my bathmate, but because I have heard better progress when combining stretches and jelqs prior to the pump session. It was not until I stumbled across a poster, that mentioned he could not gain girth very well. But after he added in a few manual stretches before his PE girth work he started to see more positive gains. And that got me thinking. He used the phrase “it’s like blowing up a balloon, if you try to blow a ballon up you will find it very hard to expand, but after you stretch it somewhat, the balloon is easier to blow up” etc. I am sure I have heard this type of phrase a lot on this board, and to me, that makes sense. So if your reading this man, I thank you.
I had had a look around the web for a combined extender and pump routine, with little luck. There are a few post but the seem to fade rather quickly. A few that I did read “including here” mentioned if you were to use your extender during the day, you should pump at night. And many of the following posts recommended the same. But why?
So far I had it in my head that that was the way to go. But I recently came across a DLD thread (I believe he had been a member here for a while). Now he talks good things about the bathmate, but as I have learned that he is more than likely trying to promote the product, blah blah. When looking at his post he recommended that you should stretch a little, then pump the bathmate for 20 minutes solid, then wear the extender for a few hours after and you should achieve good combined girth and length gains.
So why would he suggest one thing, but others suggest the opposite? Does it make a difference? Is one better than the other? Is everyone different and can only gain in different ways?
I have noticed a few good gainers out there that did 50 blasters (don’t know what they are but sounds like girth work) then put on the device and gained 0.7” in length and 0.5” in girth in ruffley over 3 months. Which to me was is fast. Another guy on a web page stated he jelqed then stretched and gained a good bit of girth with his length, something like 1.3” in length and 0.8” in girth. But I hear other people stretching and then jelqing to gain 1” in length and only 0.25” in girth.
To me. If you expand the tissues girth wise then stretch for a number of hours, it will heal and stretch in a more of an expanded state, and making chances of growing length and girth in proportion seems possible. A better chance of keeping your post pump last longer/stretched out? A stretched penis holds more blood than a flaccid? For me when in the extender I have a bigger volume overall than my post pumps. But when were to stretch first, then pump, I fill the micro tears with fresh blood, but my post pump will always return to it’s normal state the next day.
Again these are just my thoughts on the subject, I am not saying I’ve made a new discovery, I just want to share with you guys what I have been thinking about and would very much like to have a discussion with gainers that have gained length and girth simultaneously.
So guys, why do you do it? Is there something missing. I know many of you do girth after a length work out, so I have no reason to believe that you are making this up after having good gains. I just think I am missing something. I really would like to know why DLD suggested pump then extender for a few hours, because to me it seems that you could gain more girth with length.
This post is aimed to anyone who combines these. I.E hang then pump/clamp, stretch then jelq/pump.
I would like to hear all of your thoughts.
Thanks guys
