Girth is basically the size of your chopper around, the opposite of length

So if I train Jelqing with no erection I only train the length? Have too much skin so it feels like I’m only pulling the skin back and forwards.

If you want to train length, they say that jelking at lower erection levels is preferable, but I don’t think that is a very good length exercise. Tension pulling (stretching) is better for length I think.

I also think that jelking at around 75% erection creates enough pressure inside the penis to cause growth in all directions, length and girth.

Length goal:

Start: 15,5 cm (6,2 inches)

Goal: 17,5 - 20 cm (7-8 inches)

That’s right. The reason jelqing at a low erection level is a length exercise is because there isn’t enough blood being moved to expand anything. It’s just another form of stretching. You have to have at least a 60% erection to have enough blood to cause the expansion that makes jelqing both a girth and length exercise.
