I am new and haven’t really started any PE yet.But I really need to gain some girth over Length if possible. I don’t want to do any clamping or anything like that. I am an 18 year old male and still in school. My measurements as of right now are about 6.5 Inches Erect Length and 4.25 Erect Girth. Are there any girth exercises that are safe for a newbie that I can work on instead of the normal Jelq technique. My goal for girth right now is to get to 5 inches which I think is entirely possible. Any info is appreciated. Thanks guys.

Yo whats wrong with jelqing? If you jelq at like 80% erect you can gain girth.. Jelqing at lower erect states gets you more length, well in theory anyway.. You have to take it slow, do the newbie routine first before you think of doing other stuff, once you done the newbie routine and the 3 months have passed, I’m sure you’ll have read so much on this forum that you will know what else you can do.. Horse squeezes would be something to look into, but really newbie routine first.

I don’t think that is the right attitude to make gains bro.

Styles and approaches may vary (fast-slow, easy going- attacking like hell..) , but dedication is a must.

You don’t want to hear it,but ALWAYS START WITH THE NEWBIE ROUTINE.There are no overnight techniques that give gains,and starting advanced exercises without the newbie is asking for an injury.And you don’t want INJURIES TO YOUR PENIS,do you?

Besides,the newbie gains are the sweetest,so start easy buddy.

And in addition - what is wrong with gaining some length besides girth while you commit to the newbie routine?

I never looked at it that way lol I just don’t wanna lose girth. Thanks for the replies I will concentrate on the newbie routine for a while before I try anything else!
