Giving it a go, where to start
After reading and reading and reading various sites, I would have to say this is the best one. I feel pretty optimistic about things but I don’t want to jump in full steam ahead and wind up hurting myself. I would like to know from a few ‘vets’ if they were to start all over again what routine they would follow for the first few months? I have read the newbie routine is this the best way to start? Is there anything you would add? And what frequency would be recommended? Would this be once or twice a day, seven days a week, or rest on a few days? Lastly, would you increase the duration each week?
Additionally, I am still a bit skeptical, so I would like to keep my investment minimal at this stage of the game and I would be willing to increase investment after the first few months. Please let me know which devices such as traction/stretching/hanging are best for results and safety? And when you would implement them into my current and future routines? I am thinking of using a traction or stretching device during the day and hanging during the morning and at night but I want build basic fundamentals first.
Thank you!
PS I have decided to dedicate the next 12 months to PE and I am going to keep a detailed log of my efforts in order to give back to the community and to help other newbies. I will be taking pictures and keeping a detailed log of my routines every week, including initial length and girth. I will then share this information on this site or on a blog site within the next six months. Thanks again and I look forward to your responses.
