Just ordered my Bib but not sure where to start??

I just ordered my Bib and it will be here in a few days hopefully. I have read through the 6 pages of post in Hanger’s Forum but I can’t find what I am looking for. There are alot of posts on wrapping, even videos, but I can’t find anything on actual hanging. Is there a tutorial/faq on the different hanging methods with instructions and even pictures/videos? I been doing PE for 7 weeks with a consistent routine of manual stretching/jelqing 1-2 hours a day but still no gains. I was so excited at the beginning but not seeing any gains is making me less motivated. I am hoping the Bib will change all that. I want to be very careful with hanging and start slow and light. My Lot is around 7:00 so I want to hang OTS but not sure how to do it. I imagine it to be really awkward but hopefully everything will clear up when my Bib arrives, and I start experimenting. I am willingly to dedicate the time to PE as long as I see just a little gain; not asking for much, just something! I would appreciate any advice. Thanks!!
