Glans lost sensitivity

Hi I just started a week back with jelq & stretch my glans sensitivity is reduced and rough can ya people help me out

You overdid something. Back off a little while and sensitivity will return.

Do you do jelks wet or dry? If dry, try it with a lube. When stretching, you are holding your glans in your hand. Don’t squeeze the poor thing too hard. Stretching exercises are much easier to do without lube.
