Thank you repeater. I love reading thunders but am not much of a poster.
I am a ring guy. I feel very few people use them and for me, it has made a great difference in not feeling shrinky dink (grower not shower syndrome).
I dabble in PE, but never anything consistent except rings. I’ve maybe missed 20 days since 2009.
I see that you have actually weighed them yourself. HA, yes you are into it. And I agree, if you can find the best economical set up with something that is safe (material), perfect.
They are pretty great and you can wear them wherever short of yoga or wrestling. Great for gym, jogging, etc. I remember kicking (sprinting) at the end of a running race and having my rings flying off (rare) and having to go back and find them in the grass. No shame. My rings.
For a while, I would pump then put on extra large rings (same set up) and although it was only temporary, until about 2pm, junk looked like an alien. great, addictive.
