How do I stop turtling
I was doing PE for about 3 months and took a week break and have just gotten back into it.
I’m not going too hard on my penis with my routine :
Warm-up 10 minutes
Stretch down, left , right x 2 x 2minutes each
Warm up 5 more minutes
Jelq 15 minutes at 40-50% erect with a fairly light grip.
Yet after the initial 5 minutes of hanging fat and happy my penis starts to turtle. What can I do to stop this?
