For those who use kegels to stop ejaculation, please vote

This is a pretty simple poll.

If you can stop ejaculation, do you personally manage it with a kegel, or a reverse kegel?

A regular kegel is the way mostly advised, but several guys swear by reverse kegels.

When I do reverse kegals it works for the first edge then the second time around it shoots out my load.

I used to do kegels to stop it before I ever tried to PE and even knew about it. Now I do kegels and it still works. However I tried reverse kegel like 3 days ago and it surprisingly worked as well.

I am disappointed with myself about kegels in my routines. I don’t do them during them on days, which I should . I probably have a pretty strong PC to begin with , but I could probably be multi-orgasmic if I worked it. Oh well. I will try to do a better job at this.

Why dont you try doing them during jelqing? Then you’re doubling their use!

How do you actually stop an ejaculation with a kegel? I guess you kegel when your about to cum or cumming?
Well I tried doing that when I was masturbating, and I was able to hold for like 10-15 seconds before I cummed.

Should I try kegeling for a longer time than? Because I kegel for 10 seconds each.

I’m a reverse kegaler. For some reason, regular kegals just make me cum quicker. I also find that if I do the reverse kegal LIGHTLY, I have more control. When I do it too hard, I usually shoot out a portion of my load which generally leads to dissapointment on me and my partner’s part.
