Okay so I’m 3 months into my PE endeavor. I sleep in my Phallosan for 8 hours but I realised my current exercise routine is actually a girth one, rather than length. Hoping the Phallo will even it out a little. I do Plenty of 70% erect jelqs for half hour per day, sometimes 1 hour if i have a second session in the evening, some stretches but probably not enough and also the Bathmate, 20 mins in total. 2 days off per week.

I’ve really been wanting girth for a while now (check my stats, you’ll know why) and i’ve recently been trying a new exercise. I don’t know if its actually a thing I read (I’ve read so much at this point) or something I invented but I get a high erection of around 85%, kegel in some blood, tourniquet the base, wait 5 seconds, kegel in some more and then hold it. Its quite pressurised but i waited for a moment and decided to gently add my second hand. I place it just below the glans in that groove part in a an “OK” grip and slowly add pressure. I’m very sensitive and in tune with how it feels. If i sense danger - as in something doesn’t feel okay - I stop immediately. Its always good to test things within your comfort zone. Anyway, i slowly tighten that grip. The glans swells like in a Sadsak and the middle of the shaft grows by around half a centimetre. I do this for around 20 seconds, and in my last workout did it 5 times. I think theoretically it’d be great for girth, if a little on the more dangerous side compared to jelqing. But as i said, I’m as careful as can be with this. I’m not careless and i don’t want a broken penis haha but i do have a few questions.

Does anybody else do this exercise (whats its name)?

Is around half a centimeter the usual amount for expansion?

Anybody care to weigh in on what their opinion is of the best girth exercises and frequency?

I made this post the same day you made this post. Maybe it will answer some questions. Also, I think you are doing way to much. Your not giving your unit a chance to grow. Too much too soon.

I think its totally bizarre you wrote that the same time i made this thread. You describe exactly the same thing.
Yeah, i agreed before as well. I’ll reluctantly take some time off, perhaps a couple of weeks because i don’t think a week would be enough. Thanks though man, you’ve been real helpful
