What Is This Girth Exercise Called?!

This is killing me because I should know what these are called and would like to dive into some research on them a bit and can’t remember what they are called.

So with a plump erection at about 50-70% (so that expansion can be made) you clamp tightly at the base, and then clamp with your other hand just below the glans and create a really good expansion in the shaft and hold for a certain amount of time.

Just started to do a few at the end of my routine after jelqing/manual clamping and they seem to really create expansion and veinage.

You are describing the beginning parts of a horse 440 squeeze.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Yes I was thinking they are almost like a beginner horse 440. Because I don’t do them fully erect, and I also don’t start from the top of the head and push the blood from the head into the shaft.

It’s more of a plump squeeze kind of thing, wasn’t sure if there was a name for them though.

I can count 4 other possible exercises. As squeezes and bends are so similar. I would just go through them as they have been invented several times. My own custom squeeze was invented years before I started PE.

I’m curious about the various squeezes myself. I tend to use what you described. The question I have is how much pressure and how long should hold them, and how many repetitions for it to have a decent effect?
Should you go for really feeling outward pressure in the CC’s?

I ask because when do some short sessions with a cockring and edge to full expansion, if I kegel at that point, I feel a decent amount of pressure at what seems to be the ends of my CC just under the glans in the frenulum. I try to hold that and let it stretch - as if it tends to either stretch and relax a bit.

When you do these various squeezes, is the aim to feel a lot of pressure, slight pain/stretching, what really indicates that you’re doing it correctly?

Hey guys. Just a note on these types of exercises. I’m 90% sure that these squeezes gave me hemorrhoids. YEAH LAUGH IT UP. Ever have hemorrhoids? guess what. it’s not fun. I’m thing that my “clamping” hand was not tight enough and I put too much pressure back towards the base. I’m now doing these squeezes with a proper clamp instead of my hand. The roids are gone.

Just a note that I’m a healthy eater and a runner, hiker, mountain biker. I never dreamed that it would happen. So just a heads up.

Hmmmm interesting. What are the details? How erect were you? How long did you hold for? Where exactly were you clamping and what was your other hand doing? Very curious.

I do 20 seconds each squezze hold at least.(similar to how long you would hold a stretch)
It has some merit to do that instead of many short when you check tissue properties.

Then some seconds massage and repeat.

Until you feel tired or a very light sore.
Rather go low intensity pressure and higher time than short squeeze higher intensity.
Easier to control(much higher possibility to injure with 1 short but too hard squeeze)

Your description of this exercise is, as TG said, a form of a horse squeeze. And that’s exactly as I did them, at 50 to 70 per cent erect. I tried doing them fully erect a few times but it seemed way too intense, almost like my unit was going to blow a gasket.

That said, doing this exercise as described is a very effective girth exercise, at least it was for me. I worked up to about four thirty seconds holds per workout and I seemed to be doing fine. Until I discovered a thrombosed vein on the underside of my shaft. This was about 9 months or so ago.

I’ve not done this exercise since.

The bottom line is that this is a very effective girth exercise, but you have to be careful with it and take things slowly or you may injure yourself like I did. Just take it easy with this exercise, it’s very intense.

Haha, I used to do the exact same thing for a short while some time ago, i only did it because I remembered wrong how to preform the 440’s. I thought it was actual 440’s I was performing but realized otherwise after reading up on girth exercises again.

Will re-incorporate them once I’ve reached my length goal. Still getting good expansion and results from doing them?


Stats as of now: 20 cm BPEL/ 14 cm GIRTH. Started out at: 16 cm BPEL/ 11.8 cm GIRTH.

I actually had to go back through my progress log to find what I was doing…. This is a direct quote from my log, which I believe cause the before mentioned problem.

“I’m actually working on a girth exercise that is similar to a squeeze and a ULI combined. It also used the 2 second rule as in JAI exercises…..

I’m using the “OK” grip to clamp near the base. Then with my other hand, I use my forefinger and thumb to squeeze my 100% erection to 110%. Each 2 second squeeze is done at a different location up the shaft. Along the sides and not on the glands. Right now I’m doing 2 sets of 10 reps. I’m starting slow just to see how my body responds.

This is my version of a JAI for girth.”
