Opinions on GIRTH Exercise Routine
My goal is to gain width - any amount would be awesome. If I gain length too, that’s cool, but I don’t want my penis to get so long that it falls in the toilet!
I have been doing a lot of research on the best methods of increasing girth, and so far this is what I know:
-The best hardness for jelqing for girth is between 70-90%.
-Squeeze exercises are good for girth.
-A close friend of mine suggested using a penis pump, since he said it does wonder for width, but not much for length.
-If I get a pump, don’t get a cheap one.
Questions:
-Should I use jelqing, a penis pump, or both?
-Does a daily jelqing session need to take 30+ minutes? Can it be 15 minutes?
-Will I still see results if I use a moderate grip instead of an intense grip? (I want to avoid injury)
-Do I need to bother with warm ups and cool downs? What happens if I skip them?
-If I use a penis pump, how long should I use it per day?
In general, what do you recommend for girth gains, given that I would prefer spending 15 minutes per day on PE?
