My goal is to gain width - any amount would be awesome. If I gain length too, that’s cool, but I don’t want my penis to get so long that it falls in the toilet!

I have been doing a lot of research on the best methods of increasing girth, and so far this is what I know:
-The best hardness for jelqing for girth is between 70-90%.
-Squeeze exercises are good for girth.
-A close friend of mine suggested using a penis pump, since he said it does wonder for width, but not much for length.
-If I get a pump, don’t get a cheap one.

Questions:
-Should I use jelqing, a penis pump, or both?
-Does a daily jelqing session need to take 30+ minutes? Can it be 15 minutes?
-Will I still see results if I use a moderate grip instead of an intense grip? (I want to avoid injury)
-Do I need to bother with warm ups and cool downs? What happens if I skip them?
-If I use a penis pump, how long should I use it per day?

In general, what do you recommend for girth gains, given that I would prefer spending 15 minutes per day on PE?

Higher erection level jelqing has a much higher potential for injury. You need to be somewhat conditioned first. Keep your jelqs to 60-70% for a while.

Start off with jelqing. Many guys get the gains they want from jelqing and eventually, when very well conditioned, from clamping. Clamping if you are not well conditioned will see you in the injury forum very quickly! You may want to pump later, but you may get all the gains you want just from jelqing.

Start with 70-100 jelqs and add steadily. Very few guys would jelq for 30 minutes!

A moderate grip is fine. Try to imagine using your thumb and finger ring squeegeeing runny honey off a smooth stick.

What you are trying to achieve is a ‘wave’ of blood being pushed up your penis by your grip, and expanding the shaft as you go.

Warm-ups will help avoid injury, and will make the collagen much more able to stretch.

I have never felt the need to pump, so I’ll let someone else answer that.

Generally, everyone should start with the Newbie Routine, whatever their goals are. Some never need to progress to any other forms of PE.

The newbie routine is the best starting place because it will help you understand your penis’ reactions to various stresses. It is all worth doing.


Current: Flaccid 4x4 NBPEL 6.5 BPEL 7.5 EG 5-5.25

Goal: Flaccid 6x5 NBPEL 8 BPEL 8.5 EG 6

If you are short on time, reduce the stretches to just downward, and add in a few squeeze exercises before and after jelqing, after the first couple or three weeks.

That’s a really good explanation. I also noticed that if I’m doing it properly, my glans expands significantly at least for a little while afterwards. But I’m still just in the process of adding it as regular staple in my routine.


Starting Size: April, 28, 2010: NBPEL-7" Girth-6" (base, MSG, glans)

Currently: BPEL-8" NBPEL-7.25" Girth-6.25" (base)/6.125" (MSG)/6.125" (glans)

Is there something else I can do instead of the hot wrap? I was hoping to do all this on break while at work, in the restroom.

I’m a huge fan of heat, but people do gain without using it, unless they have a very tough tunica. They just gain slower than they would with heat. Just do the first 30-50 jelqs or so more gently to get the blood flowing and to gently stretch out the tissues before increasing the pressure.

I do not believe that Warmups are mandatory although others would disagree with me. They may help in gaining length more quickly, but when it comes to jelqing, a few light jelqs for a warmup would be fine I think. Some people such as myself find themselves in situations where the privacy for a proper hot water warmup is not available. I am currently focusing on length but when I move to girth, a few light dry jelqs are how I’m going to warmup.
