What exercise should I do to gain more lenght rather than girth on my penis?

I would hold off on the hanging until you toughened up your dick, but stretch and jelq like Scarto and Bird said.

Low erection level? Whats the complete description of low level erection level? When I’m jelqing I don’t know if it is in it’s low erection level, or no erection at all, but it is big, is this normal? Thanks bird2 you sure are a hustler when it comes to this.

^^ Low erection level means it still looks flaccid, but it feels plumper than a totally limp dick. Higher erection levels means it looks more or less erect, but can still be bent like it’s flaccid. It’s a very objective, non-precision definition. What you described is good for when you’re jelqing for girth. Let it subside a little more, and then try again. It’ll put more emphasis on length gains, as far as I understand.

When 0% is a totally limp dick and 100% a totally erect one, jelq between 20-40%.

Here’s a guide to erection hardness during jelq.

First, start with a 0% erection. Get your OK grip going, and squeeze reasonably hard. You can squeeze all the way down to almost nothing, because all the blood just moves into the other parts of your penis.

Then, get a 100% erection. Get your OK grip going and squeeze. You can’t squeeze much at all, because the tunica and CS are already expanded and the blood has nowhere to go.

If you are jelqing for length, you should be able to squeeze your OK grip at the base with no resistance as in the 0% example. But you should have just enough engorgement so that you immediately hit resistance when you start the stroke. This will stretch the part of your penis behind the OK grip while the pressure of trapped blood expands the part in front of the OK grip.

If you are jelqing for girth, you should be more engorged, so that you can’t squeeze down to nothing as in the 0% example. The more engorged you are, the less stretching force your grip can exert, and the more you are simply increasing the internal pressure.

Is jelqing during a limp dick state correct?

I don’t believe that you can gain lenght without some girth. Your dick would become like a snake. You will gain lenght and girth in the same time. For me that is locigal.

Well its wrong.

Some gain length only at first, some gain girth only at first, some gain both but more length than girth, whereas some gain both but more girth than length.

It may be “logical” to you, but its totally illogical in theory, and in practice.

I feel a little pressure when jelqing, is this the 20-40% erection state that you are saying?

Kramer! The key to success in PE is knowing what your body responds to (although figuring it out may take a while). Everyone responds differently to exercises. Like in my case, Ive only jelqed ( and nothing more than a weeks hanging) throughout my PE endeavour of nearly 15 months. I’ve Gained just over 2 inches in length and an Inch in girth by Jelqing at 70-90% erections. During the process I injured myself twice and had to take 2 month and half breaks to cool my bleeding dick. Let me make an intresting point here. When I started PE I used to jelq with about 30-40% erection level. I went on this way for 3 months without any gains at all. I just didnt respond to lower erection jelqs.

Follows the basic things right. Try to experiment at different levels of erection and figure out what suits you best. Also incorporate V-stretches and inverted “V”s . They are great. If you are comfortable with hanging then get on with it. It seems to help in length gains.
