my real problem is - MY DICK IS OVERMASTURBATED when i was a kid SO MY ERECTION IS NOT THAT HIGH DURING JELQING AND I REALLY CANT SUSTAIN A HIGH ERECTION DURING THE JELQING PROCESS - is this normal? will I gain something here?

Well.. Are you talking about the erection angle when you say “high” or you mean you cant get a good intense hardon? . Well its OK to lose erection when you are jelqing. You may try watching porn or anything else that can give you a stiffiee. The key thing is to get enough blood to travel the length of your dick when you jelq. Make sure each jelq action lasts a good 3 seconds .

I cant get get a good intense hardon, thats it.. even if I watch porn movies while jelqing its still not working, it like Im already immune!! haha!

Kramer! There are many things that go into making a good hardon. Diet, Overall physical health, Age, Activity levels, over mastubation, smoking, alcohol & drug abuse etc. Try to abstain from masturbation for a couple of weeks. See if it helps . If it doesnt, the least you could do is to see a Doctor. If you are not getting erections due to over-masturbation then it makes sense to give it a long break. Take it step by step. It will help.

Hanging is good for length gains(from what ive gathered). you dont need to have an erection for hanging. Like i said before stretching is good.
